Our preferred method of parting with a kitten is for the new owner to pick it up here. We are located midway between Knoxville and Chattanooga in Tennessee. We are about 3 hours from Atlanta, Georgia; 2 hours from Nashville, Tennessee, and about 3 hours from Asheville, North Carolina.  If you contact us about getting a

If you need a kitten to be shipped, our charges are $100 for carrier, vet certificate, travel (rabies shots, if required, are about $15 more) - you can contact the airline directly to find out if delivery to you is practical (from TYS - Knoxville, TN) and to get the costs for the air flight - via Northwest (800) 692-2746 or Delta (888) 736-3738 or Comair (877) 528-4961.  (The kittens are sent in a small carrier and the total weight is under 15 pounds.) You can then later book and pay for the flight directly after arrangements are made. If temperatures are inclement, your kitten may need to arrive at an inconvenient hour in order to arrive safely.

Many people want to correspond by telephone. We are on a working farm and always seem to have a chore that needs doing, which doesn't make for relaxed chats, and, frankly, I am uncomfortable talking to strangers on the phone (all right, maybe this is a personality problem - but it's MY personality problem and perhaps you have some of your own?)  After we have answered your questions by email and arrived at a decision point, we can provide the phone number and a time to call.
